Sulfur burning Oven
The oven is designed for controlled combustion of sulfur in order to produce SO2 with technological use. The oven is of an industrial type and is used only for the purpose of producing SO2 technology, being placed in special spaces with this destination.
Technical characteristics of the oven for the production of sulfur dioxide:
- Working temperature: 250 degrees Celsius;
- Maximum temperature: 350 degrees Celsius;
- Interior dimensions:
- d = 500 mm
- L = 1820 mm.
- Compressed air supply pressure 1.5 bar .... 3 bar;
- Working pressure in the enclosure is max. 0.5 bar;
- AISI 316 stainless steel construction;
- Oven weight: Approx. 500 kg;
- Nominal load capacity: 80 kg.
Required Accessories for Sulfur Oven:
- The exhaust manifold for the collection of sulfur dioxide (SO2).
- Oven water cooler provided with drain cock and too full.
- The water cooler of the gas basket fitted with a filling valve, drain valve and too full.
- Tapered support made of stainless steel AISI 304.
