CALORIS ovens are designed with modern heating solutions, the heating elements being made of Khantal-Wire, the insulation is made with ceramic fiber material, offering an exceptional heating energy efficiency, the automation is done with controller and PLC.

Our company offers personalized solutions adapted to the needs and requirements of each industry and has over 27 years of experience in analyzing, measuring and controlling heat processes.

All equipment and measurement chains are individually verified, tested and calibrated prior to installation on the oven, providing a guarantee of the truthfulness of the information gathered from the process.

Each oven has standard protection systems which, depending on the nature of the fault, lead to the interruption of the work process, providing safety for the operator as well as for the machine and the batch.

Destination: Thermal dehydrogenation treatments for aluminum alloys series 2xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx (thickness sheets between 0.6 - 7 mm).

  • Useful dimensions:

              - length = 1500 mm
              - width = 1400 mm
              - height = 2000 mm

  • Temperature range (temperature range): 100 to 250 degrees Celsius;
  • Working temperature: 200 degrees Celsius;
  • Type of heating: electric, with heating elements located in the side walls and in the door.
  • Uniformity: +/- 3 degrees Celsius according to aviation standard AMS 2750E;
  • Full automation with PLC for temperature control, monitoring and recording and automatic control panel.
  • Overtemperature protection and electrical interruption.
  • Accessories:

                - AISI 304 stainless steel grill;
                - specific technological work baskets;
                - serial communication RS 323 or RS 458.

SC CALORIS GROUP S.R.L ensures calibration of the oven for the working temperature of 100-250 degrees Celsius, according to the international standard SR EN ISO / CEI 170025: 2005, by RENAR accredited metrological laboratory according to the DKD-R5-7 method; AMS 2750, ensuring uniformity of +/- 3 degrees Celsius.
