 Gold casting line-model LTC-1
 
 The line consists of :   1. Vibrator (altered),
                                         2. Vacuum pump,
                                         3. Wax recoverer,
                                         4. Oven for wax removal,
                                         5. Electric spatula with 4 recesses,
                                         6. Casting furnace.
 
 This line is in completion to the already existing equipment.
 
 

 1. Vibrator

    Is fitted with transparent plaster beaker with fits for the vacuum pump, vacuum meter, air free inlet cock. Perfect tightness insured. If necessary an agitator will be provided in order to eliminate both excess water and air.
 
 
  
 2. Vacuum pump

    To insure the best casting conditions, the line includes also a vacuum pump model PVPMF produced by SC VEFA SRL with the following technical data:
- minimum pression: 0,5 mbar (0.0005 bar)'
- suction performance:1.25 m3 /h,
- rated power: max. 100 VA (100W)
- net weight: 6.5 kg,
- time to attain the rating: max 10 min,
- continuous operation/break: 60 min / 10 min

    The pump is fitted to the beaker of the vibrator through a flexible, vacuum resistant, 1 meter long hose.
    The pression inside is indicated by a vacuum meter, model VDO with a range of indicated values between -1 and 0 bar.
    For repressurization the beaker is fitted with an free air inlet cock.
 
 
  
 3. Wax recovery device

    The wax used to realize the grapes can be recovered for reuse purposes with a special equipment, designed and manufactured for this purpose.

 4. Wax removal oven
 
    To cast the molten gold, wax has to be entirely removed. The moulds are exposed to a heat treatment in an oven with fan assisted circulation and fitted with an exhauster.
