Our preoccupations with environmental protection resulted in designing and manufacturing incinerators for hospital waste.
The incinerator system, models IE 25, IE 100, IE 300 for ecological incineration of hazardous hospital and veterinary waste was designed for public and private institutions and companies for a safe disposal of this kind of waste, in accordance with the latest requirements of EU directive and Romanian legislation on incineration of toxic and hazardous waste.
The system ensures the complete incineration of textiles (bandages), gloves, syringes, surgical protection equipment, drugs, human and animal tissues and organs, polyetilene and polypropilene equipment and bags. The quantity of waste to be incinerated depends upon the capacity of the incinerator and ranges from 25 kg/h for IE 25 to 300 kg/h for IE 300.
The incineration system provides a pyrolitic type combustion and consist of:
- a combustion chamber, where at a temperature of 800±50°C the waste is gasified,
- a post combustion chamber, where the unburn components from the flue gas are destructed.Efficient destruction is ensured by the operating temperature of 1100 ±50 °C, the residence time, the turbulence and the controlled oxygen content,
- a stack, 9 m high, to ensure the evacuation of flue gas.
The system is designed and constructed on a modular basis to facilitate shipping and reassembly on site.
Fully automatic operation, possibility of choosing the operating temperature in both chambers, digital display of actual temperature, possibility of visualizing and controlling the oxygen content.
