• stainless steel box with the following sizes :

        - diameter 200 mm

• capacity: min. 2 rings , max. 12 rings

• it is equipped with an opening for the control thermometer and an orifice for steam excess evacuation

• heating element made from Kanthal on ceramic support

• mineral isolation

• stainless steel basket for probes

• temperature regulator with the following functions:

        - full automatic controlled process

        - controlled heating: 30 ± 5 min from 20 °C at water boiling point

        - follows the thermostatting diagram imposed by the operator (programmed time and temperature)

        - protections: overheating, malfunctioning command element, power failure
